Corporate Meetings often require an off-site location to allow for group discussions and intensive planning.
The Meehan Center is equipped with two lmeeting room complexes. Each room can be sub-divided into two rooms for smaller groups.
All meeting rooms are sound - proof, equipped with a comprehensive audio visual system, flat screen TV, with wireless access and more to meet your event needs.Meeting Room Complex West
Combined the IHM Room and St. Joseph's Room is 825 sq. feet.
Seating Capacity = 85 (theater style)
Meeting Room Complex East
Combined the St. Simon and St. Jude Room is 1,050 sq. feet
Seating Capacity = 100 (theater style)
Both meeting complexes can be divided with electronically controlled, sound proof panels.
Social Hall- 7,000 sq. feet of meeting space for larger groups
- 12 x 6 ft. drop down screen, built in LCD projector, wireless and cable TV access
- Ideal for meetings, seminars and trade Shows
- Can be divided for smaller groups or breakout sessions
- Multiple configurations are available such as banquet or theater style
Equipment in Meeting Rooms:
All meeting rooms are sound - proof equipped with a comprehensive audio visual systems. The large social hall includes a 12’ x 6’ drop down screen, built in projection, flat screen TV panels with wireless access, wireless sound and more to meet any event need.
Linens, Tables and Chairs
Tables and Chairs - other than what is provided by the Meehan Center are available at Taylor Rental of Malvern.
Linens can be provided by you, by the Caterer or you can contact several local rental companies.
