Below are the Nursing Senior Homes that Saints Simon and Jude Parish helps residents with faith formation and worship activities.

If you would like to assist with bringing residents to Mass, help lead or pray the rosary with a group or bring Holy Communion to a resident, please contact the Rectory Office at 610-696-3624.
