Parents' Understanding of Expectations

Your child is scheduled to participate in the Appalachia Service Project with SS. Simon and Jude Church. To ensure your understanding of the expectations, rules and regulations of this mission work, we require that you read this and sign your agreement below.

• There are typically monthly preparation meetings that your child must attend to ensure they are ready for the trip in the summer.
• The registration fee is currently $175.
• The Group Leaders on the trip will be supervising your child. The Group Leaders will take appropriate action on your behalf to ensure your child follows all of the Expectations, Rules and Regulations defined by SS. Simon and Jude and Appalachia Service Project.
• Each child is expected to act responsibly. Practical jokes, using drugs or alcohol, sexual activity or harassment, vandalism, smoking, etc. will not be tolerated. Should the offense be deemed serious enough by the Group Leaders, you may be required to come and pick up your child from our Appalachian location.
